  2. In order to be able to do a clinical internship, the student is supposed to learn Mandarin.
  3. Vegetarian food is not liked by the Indian students.
  4. Many MCI approved colleges fall in the C grade of medical colleges. So, it is important to select colleges carefully.
  5. International students are not allowed to touch patients in hospitals. They are only asked to observe.
  6. Training sessions are carried out on dummies and not on dead bodies, like in India.
  7. Practicing in India will require the students to pass the screening test and hence, required them to prepare for it. 

Job Opportunities in India after MBBS from China

Indian students graduating from Chinese colleges with an MBBS degree are expected to clear the MCI Screening Test conducted by the Medical Council of India twice a year. On clearing this exam, they can practice and work in Indian hospitals just like the students graduating with an MBBS degree from an Indian college. They are also given a chance to establish their own clinics.

2) Does Indian Student Require Passport & Visa to study in China?

Yes, an Indian student requires a passport and visa to study in China. For the visa, a student is expected to have a valid passport and a couple of photographs along with a duly filled application form. 

Students admitted to a Chinese university can apply for a student(X) visa. Those who cross the application deadline, have to first apply for a tourist(L) visa and then a student visa.

For L visa, a student is supposed to show a return ticket, proof of travel expenses and covering letter from the employer. There are other documents that may be required depending on the applicant.
