Code 02- This code has to be filled by all those candidates who have qualified the 10+2 exam from a recognized board of education and with the subjects of physics, chemistry, and biology. The candidates who have qualified their 10+2 exam from the open school will not be able to fill their exam form through this code.

Code 03- This code is applicable for all those candidates who have qualified 10+2 from any recognized University with the compulsory additional subject of English.

Code 04- The candidates with the pre-medical or the pre-professional qualification in the subjects of physics, chemistry, and biology can make their application for the NEET.

Code 05- Any candidate who is studying the first year of any other degree program with the subjects of physics, chemistry, and biology can apply for the NEET examination.

Code 06- Candidates who have qualified the B.SC degree in any of the two subjects from Physics, chemistry, biology/mathematics can apply for the NEET through this code.

Code 07- This code is applicable for all the open school candidates who are having 10+2 educational from the open school or the state level open school. The compulsory subjects are physics, chemistry, and biology for these candidates to make their application for NEET.
